A futon is available in the basement livingroom. Washer and dryer, HD television with satellite, big closed porch. For the summer period: Private lake for swimming and access to Lac Mirroir, stream, rowboat and paddleboat included, kayak (extra charge) - Extra person fees - Security deposit $ 350
